Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Services
Wizard Blacktop provides professional asphalt paving and maintenance services including paving, sealcoating, crack repair, and patching & overlays to residential and commercial properties in the Minneapolis south metro area.
Service Scheduling
- Paving services are scheduled based on weather conditions (dry weather, temperatures above 50°F required)
- We will make reasonable efforts to maintain project schedules
- Service may be delayed due to weather, material availability, or equipment issues
- You will be notified of significant schedule changes
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service or as specified in your service agreement
- We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and online payments
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel services with 7 days written notice
- Seasonal contracts may have specific cancellation terms
- Cancellation fees may apply for early termination of contracts
Property Access
- You grant us permission to access your property for service delivery
- You are responsible for ensuring safe access and marking underground utilities
- You must inform us of any hazards, underground installations, or special considerations
- Gates should be unlocked on service days and driveways clear of vehicles
Liability
- We carry liability insurance for your protection
- We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or property features
- You are responsible for damage caused by your failure to disclose property hazards or underground installations
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of project completion
Service Quality
We guarantee quality service. If you're not satisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours and we will address the issue promptly.
Weather Delays
Asphalt work may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions (rain, cold temperatures). This is not considered a breach of our service agreement.
Curing and Traffic
- New asphalt requires 24-48 hours curing time before vehicle traffic
- Sealcoating requires 24-48 hours curing time before traffic
- Avoid sharp turns on new asphalt for the first 30 days
- We are not responsible for damage from premature traffic or failure to follow curing instructions
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wizard Blacktop and protected by copyright laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
